Tracy McGregor

Tracy joined HUPO in 2023 and was the very first employee to assist Devon with all things Admin and Breath Enhancement Training. Quite fitting really, as Tracy introduced co-founders Devo & Nam 18 years ago, so this begs the question, would HUPO exist without her? Tracy also liaises with clients and participants to ensure their HUPO experience is world-class.

Tracy & Devo have been friends for 25+ years. This included doing triathlons together, being flatmates and owning and running a successful Personal Training business together before Personal Trainers were ‘a-thing’. 

Tracy has completed many courses including the BET course in 2023, and says “it has helped me immensely in various situations – including calming myself down for the dentist, helping a friend’s young daughter through her first car accident or just relaxing under a tree in the park.”

Tracy’s professional achievements include (but are not limited to) working in 000 in Firies and Police earning a medal for the work carried out in the 2011 floods. Tracy worked as a National Project Manager in Emergency Management for ACT Government and in 2013 was awarded a Collaboration Award and nominated for an Excellence Award. Tracy’s most recent role prior to joining the HUPO Team was Chief Finance Officer (and Human Resources Manager) for a large cleaning company in Canberra with 200+ staff.

Tracy has studied extensively, including, Marketing, Business, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Myer Briggs Typing Indicators (MBTI), Enneagrams, DISC Profiling, Life Coaching, and Exercise Science. She is an avid reader of self and business development books and loves all things I.T.

Tracy loves adventure and challenges. Some of these include travelling the world, completing the Foster Ironman, visiting Spain for the running of the bulls, hitch-hiking through South Africa from the spectacular Victoria Falls, visiting the Pyramids and being chased by Elephants in Africa. Tracy also won a 12-Week Body Transformation Challenge in 2002 before meeting her now husband, Dave.

Tracy has recently reached a milestone birthday and is putting her focus on improving her health and wellness. And, if she can include her two golden retrievers – Fletcher 8 and Archie 2 (please email her for photos) in her exercise or adventure, she is even happier!
