About

MaxCap is an Australian success story. Industry leaders with extensive experience in real estate, investment management, consumer credit, private equity and investment banking.

The Problem

Ask yourself what is more costly, investing in your team and some leave? Or not investing in them & they stay? This is the risk you take. The flip side is that you do invest in them, they stay, and they grow with you.

The Approach

Environment dictates up to 70% of peoples behaviours, therefore if we want the team to be more open to self discovery and finding their inner drive, deep purpose and meaning, we need to take them out in to the open and what could be better than the Tasman Peninsula.

Key Sessions

Day 1 : Snorkelling experience with a colony of Australian Fur Seals
Day 2 : Pirates Bay for a sea kayaking adventure
Day 3 :‘Three Capes’ hike

The Outcome

This 3-day transformative journey guided by Nam Baldwin transcended normal leadership programs. Set against the stunning backdrop of the Tasman Peninsula, daily adventure activities provided the perfect platform for key insights into personal & professional growth, enhancing individual growth & significantly fortifying our team’s unity and commitment to MaxCap Group.

Each day, Nam guided the team through optimal wellbeing & performance routines, designed for seamless integration into their daily lives on return.  The team were afforded ample time to delve into their workbooks for deep reflection, absorption, and integration of impactful strategies for future endeavours.

Since the trip, the group has collectively bonded together and lead themselves through monthly check-ins & regular discussions to support one another and the business more broadly. Their mindsets have grown to be more confident, 40% of the group have been promoted to higher positions within the business and two members of the group have been formally recognised as future industry leaders by our national body.
