At HUPO we know that the performance is in you, the athlete.  Our role is to assist you in discovering how to bring out your best consistently.  We get passionate about the process,  especially when you’re out of your comfort zone.  

We have an incredible talent of simplifying the complicated science behind brain and body performance, delivering our messages in life-changing, digestible sessions, that are easy to understand & put into practice.  

We can assist you in discovering what must be put in place now to take yourself to the next level.  Whether this be accessing your best mindset, knowing how to direct your attention effectively when pressured or helping you to break through plateaus, performance coaching increases confidence & helps to bring back the fun factor!

Knowing who you need to be in both your sporting role and in life is one of the biggest support mechanisms you can ever discover, and we pride ourselves in how effective we are at this.

At HUPO we don’t have a cookie-cutter approach, sessions are uniquely developed to suit your individuality and your craft.  We will work with you to formulate strategies for being the best that you can, in & out of competition.

These sessions are well known for incorporating the training of all 3 areas of performance together, the body, the mind & the skills, minimising the performance gap that often exists between training & competing.

What’s included in Performance Coaching for Athletes 1:1

Questionnaire

To make the most of your time together, your coach will have you complete a comprehensive Wellbeing & Performance questionnaire before your package begins so that they can tailor the package & maximise your time together. 

6 x 90 mins consultations

F2F, Virtual or a combo.  HUPO Coaches are Gold Coast based for F2F sessions however if travelling to your area we will check-in to see if your schedules align to meet in person.  Initial consultation can sometimes go longer, this will be discussed prior to starting the package.

Summary videos

After every consultation, your coach will make quality recordings of all the important aspects you covered & the key areas to focus on in your follow-through.  This will help to maintain your inner drive and consistency in following through,  equating to greater results.  Soon you will have a unique tailor-made professional library of video content that you can re-watch or re-listen to at any time in the future. 

Accountability calls

To ensure you remain committed to your goals & visions Your coach will be checking in weekly and keeping you accountable. You are always welcome to call/email him too.

Support materials

Shared as required to support your goals & growth, including checklists for a multitude of health practices, time efficient training programs, guided breath work audios, and so much more. Additional recordings on more generalised well-being & performance topics are shared weekly.
