At HUPO, it is our vast experience and knowledge of high-performance breath work & state management that usually attracts the attention of teams first.  Continuing work moves into the areas of physical & mental skill frameworks.  Our methods combine science & innovation, a style that invigorates those looking for new ways to grow & perform at their best.

We don’t just have the science & style.  We also have the extensive experience of being immersed deeply into team environments.   We have had the great privilege to work with the 2018-1019 NRL Premiers the ‘Sydney Roosters’, the NSW Blues State of Origin winners 2019, the  2019-2020 AFL Premiers the ‘Richmond Tigers’,  the Gold Coast Suns, and Australian Olympic Teams in Surfing, Sailing, Kayaking, Snowboarding, Waterpolo & BMX.  

HUPO’s physical & mental skill frameworks involve training the 3 areas of performance together – body, mind & skill,  pushing athletes to the edge of their comfort zone so that key traits (favourable & unfavourable) can be identified in-the-moment and new skills can be learnt, applied & tested immediately.

For 18+ years, our flagship program known as Breath Enhancement Training (BET) has been helping athletes develop effective breathing practices for high-intensity experiences, mental regulation, decision-making & recovery.

Team members are able to work out quickly what does & doesn’t support them and/or the team in operating at their best.

Learnings are transferable across all sporting domains and also support the pressures of everyday life in & out of the competitive arena.
